These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ck044 website and all services offered through it (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind on ck044, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

To open an account and use the ck044 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ck044 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling, nor acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing any exclusion.

Each eligible user may register only one account on the ck044 Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ck044 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and forfeit any winnings or balances therein. When creating your account, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify ck044 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are solely responsible for all bets, wagers, transactions, and activities conducted through your account, including all losses incurred.

However, ck044 cannot guarantee absolute security and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

ck044 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions stated in the applicable promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion description.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of ck044. Unauthorised use of ck044 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck044 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ck044 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck044's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ck044 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ck044's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ck044 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page as the Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Where ck044 makes material changes to these Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.
